Its been long since I've been here already.. Cant count e days man.. Haha.. juz been busy wid alot of stuffss.. Haha.. well, aint gonna say much, but juz that i've been out of spore, started working, been helping out in areas that i should, am eating my veggies everyday, n am drinking green tea every weekday at work.. Haha.. but well, I'm still well n kicking:) need more rest i guess.. Haha.. Well, nothing much to look forward to after these days, but I juz learnt something new.. Never thought of things this way before.. That there's no such thing as free labour.. Or SaiKang.. Rmb that always bros n siss.. Haha.. that word looks real weird.. Hahaa.. Enjoy!!

Na.. We dont tear down or challenge people.. Why would we want to?? I believe that we have so much passion for that person to know God, so much so that we tend to get abit 'overheated' at times, but the real meaning's still the same.. We love God, we love you, so we want you to know Him too.. If you don't, we'll still love you:)

This conference has been a great exposure to many things..

1) The busyness of the people working behind the scenes during this whole week.. Kudos to them.. Its also that I realise one thing.. When you work in church, you work with friends, and not colleagues or bosses.. That is one thing that no other companies or firms can ever learn of.. Even if you do make mistakes or forget to do things, or believe that you can do a one-man show, when you cannot even do, people still forgive you. People will still be willing to help you, People will still be there to encourage you.. Thanx Fervour, thanx Clare, thanx Melissa, thanx Gideon, N Muen too!!! :)

2) The band.. When I was there to pick them up from e airport, I was sooooo excited.. It was like seeing my dreams come to life!!! Seeing people almost e same age as mi doing things that I wanna do!! I wanna be in a worship band!! Its sooooo cool!!! Not cos of its appearance, but rather cos I see these people as fervent people praising God and worshipping Him by leading the congregation in it. I see Planetshakers.. I wanna be like them.. I see Hillsongs.. I wanna be like them.. I see SHIRELive.. I wanna be like them.. I see Z3.. I CAN be like them.. Was thinking why Z3 didnt have any auditions or sorts for vocalists.. Not sure why still, but I wanna go!!! Can improve myself along e way too..

3) Nobody's perfect.. We do make mistakes.. Silly ones at times too..

4) You know it when the devil's trying to stop you in your tracks.. Cos if God wants you to be at the airport to see the band off at 7am, nothing can/should stop you.. Even if you juz woke up at 7am, even if the lifts stop moving at e 8th floor when u're living on e 9th, even if your cashcard is almost empty n ur bank acc too, or risk getting a speeding ticket when e road limit is 90 but u're travelling at like 100 kmph (I MIGHT have gone pass a speed cam... Might..)

5)Always charge your phone, esp when u're so tired n suddenly needed to do something.. Cos the devil is sly n cunning.. Your mouth may juz become a gatling gun.. All of the sudden... Like *BAM*..

6)Sermon feedbacks..

a)Devotion

I realised the need for keeping the heart of worship.. Worship is not only during service, in church, serving God, PNW sessions, but in our daily lives, living as God's children, treating people with a smile wherever we go, being gracious to your neighbours even if they pour oil on your doorsteps, etc etc.. As time passes, we tend to "snack" our devotion away.. The devil will never be full, even though he's constantly snacking away on our devotion.. N HE IS NEVER FULL.. So to keep us from falling off the cliff, we should constantly feed ourselves properly.. A malnourished child is never a healthy child.. If we wanna remain healthy in God, let Him into our days with His word n songs of His greatness..

b)Understanding today's music

I find it hard.. Like what Wei Jian says, it'll be v v hard for me.. Firstly, I do not listen to secular english songs, n even if I do, I'll listen to those that are meaningful n positive ones. I dun listen to those crazy thrash songs cos I dun even like em in the first place.. But its chinese songs that hold me back cos i'm still in music lessons.. Actually I felt that I needed these music lessons cos I wanted to learn the basics, n that Believer Music was too ex to learn all these.. Its considered a cheaper alternative ba.. But I do agree with what Pastor Chris talked about bout the different song classifications.. I've heard before Christian "death metal" songs.. Its realli... Stunning.. Well, its all up to the person who creates the song i believe..

c)What can happen when you touch God

Alot of times, we pray n expect God to help us, but we do not actively help ourselves out. Its being laidback.. Like when I'm looking for a job now, I'll pray for things to happen on a silver platter.. I can imagine God saying, "No no.. It doesn't work this way." God wants us to be expectant of Him, but God also wants us to help ourselves.. Its like going to a buffet.. You are hungry and you ask God for food.. God gives you a buffet, laid out in front of you.. You do not just sit there n open your mouth waiting for some food to float into your mouth right?? But rather you walk to the buffet table with your plate to get the food yourself.. GOD WANTS THIS!! He wants you to go and reach out to the buffet table!! To take action n not wait for action.. For before you know it, the buffet table could have been wiped clean while you were still sitting there at your own table!!! Get off your butt n TAKE ACTION!! Then you'll be able to see what God has really given, and that it is good..

d)The Beginning

The beginning of a new season.. Our lives come in different seasons.. When one ends, the other starts.. RC could have just ended, but the real RC has only just started.. In our education system, there's theory and practical.. RC is the teachings of theory.. What can we find when we do this.. What should we do to evade that problem.. Its now the start of our practical assessment.. Putting into use what we've learnt.. At the same time, we've also got to go back to the beginning of our walk with God, at the first instance we felt God's presence in our lives, thanking Him for receiving us into His hands.. Some of us have been in church a long time already.. I consider myself still young.. still less than 2 years too.. But we all do occasionally lose the feeling that we've first had when we said the sinners' prayer.. We've got to go back. Find the lost feeling.. For with this lost feeling, than will we be more able to thank God for His works n His love.. We've got to get back to the basics.. God's love is for all.. You have received it, I have received it.. Now pass it on..

7)Workshop Feedback

a)Keeping your vision

We all do want to protect whats dear to us.. Everyone has something or someone that we want to care for.. Our family, friends, even our Winnie the Pooh soft toy at home.. Its the same case as this.. Our vision, if left uncared, untouched, will gather dust and worst still be destroyed if not taken care of properly.. My vision is to be a righteous son of God, who's an encourager, a fellow helper/servant of Christ, a person who'll give glory to God with my voice, who'll lead others to grow strong in Christ.. I want to live for God.. (N don't everyone want this??) Not just in Spirit, but also in actions..

b)Worship

Worship's as just mentioned, is in our daily actions, being wise in the things n words we say, helping lift others up instead of putting others down, etc etc.. This is worshipping God in wholeness. During praise n worship, you realli can praise God in anyway you can.. Its great.. Pure greatness.. Without holding back..

c) Purity - Ps Greg

Its the usual things we hear about whenever we talk on these topic.. Running away, not letting a chance to the devil.. Avoiding n being accountable to others.. Its true n I do agree with Ps Greg on this.. I can only say that these are the basic things that can hold us back from doing stupid things.. Good reminder too..

Its been something that i couldn't take hold off for 4 months already.. Its hurting not cos of the exact event that triggered all these, but rather, its everything that happened right after that that hit me the most.. N the best thing is that there isn't much things to say between us right now.. Why, why, why?? Is it so hard to remedy a wrong?? Man can excel in some ways, yet lose out in others.. I guess this is where i lose.. Totally lost now to the fear..
