stumbling block
Tuesday, January 26, 2010
We never learn until we go through it. Never walk until we fall. Until we become a stumbling block. This applies to you, this applies to me. That's why I'm trying my best to not be one.

"But it now seemed clear that the periods of sharpest suffering had been the very occassions of spiritual growth. Trials had purged sin and developed character; poverty had taught him dependence on God and cleansed him of greed; failure and public disgrace had helped him cure worldly ambition. A clear pattern emerged: pain could be transformed, even redeemed." -John Donne

"Faith like Job's cannot be shaken because it is the result of being shaken." -Rabbi Abraham Heschel

"A world free of mistakes would actually abort God's purpose for us." -John Hick

~silent always here~
Saturday, January 9, 2010
I just realised that there's some people that I can just "rubbish" with, and some people, whom I'm totally out of words with. Hope you do understand that its not that I've got nothing to say to you, but that I'm just bad with words. I dun realli have alot of convos with alot of people, yet when I do, its usually 70% full of "rubbish", unless its realli of something important, like work. I have alot of things to say, truthfully, but they just dun seem to spill out like many normal peeps. I guess my love language is just not in words. Haha. Go find out my love language ok? Den you'll know that I truely do care:)

I truly do wish for a heart to heart talk. But I do know that this is not the right time. Haha. So let me talk to my blog den :)
